The following groups provide regular sessions in the Pavilion or on the Rec. Please contact them directly for further information or to check which classes are running.
A fitness class based on the Rec, consisting of various training methods such as fast & challenging HIIT training, strength training and fat burning intervals. Classes are run by Anya Russell, a local mum, PT & group fitness instructor.
Do drop Anya an email first at firstname.lastname@example.org so she can go over a few questions with you and check that the class would be suitable for your needs. There are rates for block booking and for drop-in classes too.

Mondays 9.30-10.30am - playgroup
Fridays 9.30-10.30am - Messy / Sensory.
Join in and Jiggle
Run by Anne Hopkinson, this is an active class for small children with busy bodies and lively minds!
